I probably wouldn't have either.
But he was also woobly, and you could see it in his walking.
That's true.
Anyway, baffle strike.
So anyway, baffle strike.
How this happened baffles me, but the...
it, it turns out I didn't put the suppressor on all the way.
Like, I mean, I put it on and I cranked it down, but over the course of shooting several hundred rounds, it seems to have backed itself off and got a little loose and just kind of flopped over gate, like a semi-chub.
You know what I mean?
It's just a little droop.
I mean, yeah, just, just a bit of droop.
I don't know.
I'd been shooting quite a bit.
It happened during the daytime.
well yeah but it was it happened while it was no when we noticed it it was daytime because i was on the ground shooting i just didn't think you had hitting the steel or the it was hitting the dirt and i was like wtf and then i took it off and yeah had that hole in it oh i i just don't remember you shooting that many rounds that at that moment so i was going to turn this into a teachable moment of always check your can tightness if you leave a can on a gun
I don't know.
It may have come off a different gun also.
So now to that point, to your point, I have a monkey wrench in my range bag so that anytime a can goes on something, I can take the monkey wrench and I can get it on there and just give it a nice little, a little bit extra crank.
So no more baffle strikes.
I still have the wrench to take it off when I need to.
