He locked down the schools, the churches, things that I never thought would ever happen in the United States of America. We went out every night with our camera crew. We saw the looting.

And a lot of people thought, well, in Illinois, maybe this is as good as it's going to get. The second He had the opportunity to lock it down and loot it. It seems like both parties have folks wanting to do that. I'm not to the point yet, but I do think that there might be some things that they could change in the Senate rules.

to hopefully get legislation passed, like I believe now you've got to have three-fifths of members for cloture if they were to make it three-fifths of members present, so everybody would actually have to stay on the floor, stay in town, couldn't go out to eat with lobbyists.
