People would go to work and they'd talk about their performances of the game and they'd read the paper and there'd be a rating system in the paper and you'd go, yeah, that's probably a little bit accurate.
And then you'd bag the players.

You'd tell them who you don't like or whatever.
That was when we went to high school in 2000.
Well, I went from 99 to 2004.
Now all of those kids, all those people going to work, they're not going to school or going to work and telling their mates.
They're writing it on their comment section.
They're going on the NRL page.
They're going on the Blues page.
They're messaging players directly telling them how bad they were.
Like that's what the current playing group.
And that's just what it is.
It is what it is at all levels.
But that's the difference between wise players back in the era.
You would have lost some sleep over that.
