Air travelers across the country could lose access to TSA pre-check and global entry beginning today.

NPR's Matt Bloom reports the Department of Homeland Security says it's suspending the programs as the partial government shutdown enters its second week.

President Trump says he's raising his new global tariff to 15 percent.
