I just regret getting high and if I... Their child would still be here. It's like, I mean, a lot of things get blamed on drugs, but like I told him, I was clean for three years, and then it's like when I started getting high again, I don't know what happened. The defense asked the judge to throw the video out, arguing the video is wholly inaccurate, having been altered, manipulated, sped up, and edited to be out of sequence. All claims that CNN has denied. And on Friday, the federal judge overseeing the case ruled that the video can be shown in court.
