Yeah, it's been a fun year.

It's been crazy, some ups and downs, but I've really enjoyed my draft year, and yeah, it's been special.

Yeah, honestly, going into the year, I didn't really know what to expect, really.

My goal was just to go in the first round at the start of the year.

That was my biggest goal, and I kind of feel like I put myself in a pretty good spot for that, so

Yeah, that was the main point, and just obviously just kind of just growing my game, and obviously I'm a younger guy in the draft, so I grew a lot this year, and yeah, just kind of just growing my game overall through the whole year was one of the other goals, too.

Yeah.

Yeah.

There's so much talent.

Obviously it's the best, best players around the country.

And I think just being around those guys, practicing with them every day, um, just competing with them in the gym on the ice and practices helped me grow my game so much.

And I think I couldn't be more grateful for everything that they gave me these past two years.

And, uh, yeah, there's obviously so much talent to play with too, and, um, couldn't be more grateful for my line mates and,

and teammates who helped me out.

They're keys to my success this year for sure.

Yeah, yeah, obviously that was a pretty special moment.

You see there's so many guys that came through the program on that Olympic roster, and, yeah, obviously that kind of motivates us all, motivates us a lot.

You know, going into the Worlds, obviously we didn't, you know, do what we wanted there, but I think it motivates us

to keep going for the World Juniors and more to come with wearing the USA jersey in the future.
