As soon as you get past that, you can kind of relax a little bit.
Yeah, okay, it's not going to be great and we're not making the playoff this year, but at least I know where I am and who my teammates are.
So that's where it settles down after that.
Now you can talk to about them playing better or more cohesive or whatever it is people start producing at a better rate.
But we've seen that before where teams down the stretch start playing better and then players are producing.
Come back game one through six the next year and you're right back to where you were.
Prove that things have changed because words are easy.

It wasn't until Cody came in that another young player came.
Edler, myself, Corey, and Mason Raymond were the youngest players for quite a while.
Then Tanev joined in 2011 and Cody right after there.
But it was the same team that kind of just got along.
And then the young players, when they started bringing in McCann and Jared and those guys...
Yeah, there was some youth and some skill, but the team was trending in the wrong direction.
So we didn't get better from bringing in these young guys.
Yeah, you can throw this question at me so many times as you want, and it's going to be the same answer.
They should be standing up for each other, whether it's Game 1, Game 40, or Game 82.
There's nothing to do with the trade deadline there.
