I just want somebody who, talent evaluation right now, somebody who can draft well.
Somebody who can not necessarily put a Stanley Cup contender together right now.
Somebody who is one, like you need somebody who is in that mindset of, okay, we need to find young players that we can develop into legitimate players.
It's not a matter of hitting on this, whether it's going to be a first, second, third or fourth.

Somebody who has a knack, a talent for that, that's the direction I would go to.
Somebody who can build a team, shape the pipelines to where it becomes a strength, so to speak, that you can pull out players from there and you're not looking to UFAs or trades in order to fill out your roster.
Well, they've said it now, and this is the first time it's ever happened.
Like, they've always been retooled.
