So that's where you end up overpaying for potential or hope that it will play out.
So again, in a perfect world, yeah, for sure.
You have a large team that can play in every sort of game that are being thrown at them.
They're bigger, they're faster, they're more physical, they shoot harder, but it just doesn't work that way.
Sure, hold on to them and then develop around them, so to speak.
But again, they don't come around very often to the point where you say, okay, our best player is also our toughest player or the player that can't be pushed around.
It happens, but they're so few and far in between.
I hope they have been in that position now where they've worked with the players, both in Vancouver and in Abbotsford, on the ice and hands-on.
I hope they get more of a say in the direction and player personnel who's on the team and who's not.
And not so much, let's just develop the ones that get thrown at us or the ones that land on our feet.
hope they get to in on on building the team because like they obviously very smart players but but they have a nose for it too and when you talk to them that they see things in players abilities skills that that maybe all the other people have a harder time at finding and so i hope they they get in on that side of it instead of um what do you say on the ice kind of thing yannick always really appreciate it thanks for doing this we'll chat next week
I'm good.
