Um, you know, we're going to be looking at these, you know, hopefully you and I together, we'll be looking at these studies a decade from now going, holy smokes, 300%, you know, like it's ridiculous.
Uh, that wouldn't surprise me.

That's a great, it's a great question.
I think it's perhaps a little bit of both.
I mean, I'm several decades older than you and, you know, for me, the next version of my life, you know, is, is somewhere in a small beach, uh, uh, community in Panama overlooking the
the sea or the ocean or whatever.
Doing Tai Chi on the sand, you know, helping some, helping some people through coaching and such, working with kids in the neighborhood.
Like I, so for me, I see my life smaller and quieter, not necessarily so isolated, but, um, I too are, I'm very excited when we don't have something on the calendar and I don't have to get dressed and get out of the house.
No, I think this is a healthy thing if you recognize what it's about.
And I think it's about just being more comfortable in your own skin, frankly, being more settled.
Yeah, totally.
And you frankly have social interaction for you.
A lot of it's virtual because of the work you do.
And I know that you have a local neighborhood that you sort of hang out in.
Yeah, so it's not like you don't see people.
But the difference between socially isolating because you don't want to go out because you don't like who you are when you look in the mirror versus, you know what, I'm cool.
I'm going to watch Netflix.
I'm going to make myself a pizza.
