Hey, George and John, thanks for taking my call.

Yeah, what's up, man?

Well, we're new to Financial Peace University.

My wife and I, we just started our classes this week.

Awesome.

We've got our budget plan in place and all that.

We've got a two-year-old son and a daughter on the way.

We're exiting the Army pretty soon after seven years and traveling back to St.

Louis to be a part of a family business.

And we have other entrepreneurships we do as well, but, um, we have the option to live with my in-laws until we find a house or take on a mortgage.

Um, but I'd like to try and pay cash for a piece of property and then build or pay for it as we go.

And as we can afford it, um, currently we don't have any debt and almost 50 grand in the bank.

Um, but it's, it's going to put some stress on my in-laws.

I'm sure.

they love us and their grandkids and they're willing to house us until we're ready to move somewhere.

And with the current housing situation, I'm hesitant to buy a home.

I just want to see what y'all thought of it.

Yeah, we had a family sit down discussion and, um, it, it, you know, as a, as a father and a, um,

provider for my family.

It's kind of hard for me to be willing to live with someone like I should be able to provide, right?
