Well, it's because they just see it all as a lie.
I deal with this all the time in what I'm doing right now.
Because as somebody who actually wants to make a difference and change things, and the beauty of the Constitution and the 10th Amendment says that I can do that in my state, like, I have zero interest in being in Washington, D.C.
whatsoever.
I think it's my personal view, and people will, you know, Republicans will come after me for saying this, is that it's beyond repair.
And let me give you an example why.
Gosh, I'm getting a bit upset here, but let's go back to farming.
Over the past 10 years, the agriculture companies have spent a billion and a half dollars lobbying Washington DC, a billion and a half.
During that same time, their profits have went up $150 billion.
And at the same time, we've lost 100,000 family farms.
Okay, so I mentioned that earlier, but what does that mean?
It means that there's a capture of these agencies that's so deep
that lobbyists are able to put in place whatever policies that they want to, basically.
And we've seen this now, like, with these immunities.
Well, and that's when I go back to this idea that, you know, farmers in my state are starting to understand that these companies are not their friends.
They're like, look, they're charging foreign farmers, these three big companies in our country are charging foreign farmers less for the same amount of product than they charge our farmers.
Just like they were doing in pharmaceuticals.
So they're saying, if you yield more crop,
we're gonna take more money because we can.
And there's a complete monopoly here.
