That's a good question.

Yeah, I think what I've come to appreciate the most over the past decade, especially in the venture tech world, and if you have a lot of listeners who are bootstrapping their companies, I have a ton of admiration for that.

I mean, the first three companies I built were all bootstrapped.

But the thing about the venture tech world, which is kind of a secret sauce, is it really functions mostly on a mentorship model, which you don't appreciate from the outside.

Invest more in surrounding myself with people who have been there, done that and can teach me because they're definitely out there.

You know, they're happy to grab coffee and tell you all their secrets if you ask them nicely.
