Exactly.
If you're mass producing things, you know, you're going to get some that are bad.
That just happens.
So the good news is for us is that, like, we also like to harp on customer service as well, a lot of the companies we work with.
And this is kind of an opportunity to, like, give us that chance to,
A lot of the things we actually get on the channel, they're not even like things that are sent out to us.
We purchase it ourselves.
So when we shop customer service, we're just like one of you guys.
We're a 9 to 5 guy.
Like they don't know who we are at all.
We don't put our name 9 to 5 to it at all.
We're just, you know, Brian and Zach reaching out to this company like, hey, here's my issue.
And then if they respond promptly, then that also gets shown in the video as well.
We try to be as transparent as possible with it.
So no, we're not one of those guys that like,
take a product and we just crap on it, you know, just because, like, we had a bad experience.
We do give companies that opportunity to fix, you know, the things that we're running into.
