I think if she doesn't have any priors, I think probation.
And I think if she has a couple of priors, she might get a year.
But they're going to want her to have probation to pay back the money.
A year?
See, the state doesn't work like the feds.
And they basically, the state's going to tell the bank, hey, it's gone.
You know, we're going to put her on probation.
All that repaying and restitution, that doesn't go back to the bank.
The government feels like, hey, you got FDIC.
We caught the person.
We prosecuted him.
