So the podcast is called The Running Joke.

I present it with my fellow comedian and fellow runner, Esther Minito, and it's about all things running.

And we have lovely guests on, talking about all aspects of running and taking the stigma out of running.

So it's for anybody and everyone.

And having read about Jeff Galloway's approach, I'll be jeffing my way around a lot of runners.
