Eric is a black belt in jiu jitsu and judo, spent over a decade as a professional fighter, is the former head coach at Phuket Top Team, and co-head coach at Tiger Muay Thai. He's worked with athletes ranging from professional UFC fighters, One Championship fighters, Jocko Willink, Dominic Cruz, and more.
