He is the author of Firebrands: Building Brand Loyalty in the Internet Age and Gratitude Protocols: Practical Habits of Solitude, Gratitude, and Abiding Love. Moon is a thought leader in the areas of transmedia branding, customer engagement, and personal growth. He has worked with some of the world's largest brands, including Adobe, Apple, Boeing, Disney, Gap, Nokia, and Warner Bros. Moon's work reflects his belief that we all have the potential to create positive change in our lives and in the world.Dr Steven Gans is the founder and former chairman of the London Institute for Management Studies. He was previously a Professor and Supervisor at Antioch University in California. He is the author of Just Listening: Ethics and Therapy by Steven Gans and Leon Redler. He is an expert in the field of Active / Reflective listening. He is also a facilitator and mentor and has worked with many different people in many different capacities. He is known for his dedication, enthusiasm, and ability to always see the positive in any situation. He is a great listener and motivator and is someone who genuinely cares about helping others. He is an absolute treasure and anyone would be lucky to have him in their life.
