In this episode Ryan encourages you to hit low volleys in singles down the line. It’s so hard to win the point with a low Valley, so rather than hitting a cross court which gets you quickly out of position, keep the ball in front of you by hitting down the line. Then, close off the net and try to hit a higher volley shirt cross court.
