There are pretty much only 3 ways to drive more sales and grow your online retail business: Drive in more targeted traffic (customer acquisition), Increase the frequency of purchase (customer retention) and Getting customers to spend more when they shop (increase average order value) I am going to extensively take you through point #3: Getting your customers to spend more when they shop on your site i.e. increasing their Average Order Value (AOV).
