In the first episode of our second season, Matthew Temple, Director of Alumni Career and Professional Development at the Kellogg School of Management and an iRelaunch Advisory Board member, interviews Carol Fishman Cohen about the history of iRelaunch and its Return-to-Work Conference. From its early days following the publication of the book, Back on the Career Track, iRelaunch has grown to become the leader in career reentry initiatives helping employers identify and recruit professionals looking to return to work after career breaks and helping those professionals gain the confidence and skills they need to be successful in today's workforce.
