Afgelopen weekend vond de eerste editie van Challenge Cap Quebec plaats en Tim was erbij. Hans was daar behoorlijk jaloers op, want de Belgische Valerie Barthelemy boekte een zinderende overwinning. Dat wordt besproken, maar ook waarom triathlon zo tof is in Noord-Amerika. Dat was niet alleen in Quebec te zien, maar ook bij Ironman Lake Placid. Daarnaast bespreken we het verzoek aan de Nederlandse Olympische triatleten om preventief antibiotica te slikken in aanloop naar Parijs. En waarom doen sommige Age Groupers dat ook?
