Bec gives us a clinician's crash course to help provide more supportive and aware care to Trans and Gender Diverse patients and be a better ally at work and in the community. Bec's 5 things: 1. Know what gender diversity is and what it means. 2. Pronouns, Names and Language. 3. Don’t make assumptions. 4. Only ask gender-related questions if/when clinically relevant. 5. You actually have a duty and responsibility as an employee to be inclusive. 6. (This one is for life) Be a good ally!
