His books include Shadow State: Murder, Mayhem, and Russia's Remaking of the West and Collusion: How Russia Helped Trump Win the White House. Collusion was a #1 New York Times best-seller. The Kremlin expelled Harding from Russia in 2011 while working as a reporter in the country.
