Nascido em São Paulo em 1º de maio de 1928 e falecido em 12 de agosto de 2024, Delfim Netto teve uma carreira distinta. Atuou no Conselho Consultivo de Planejamento e na Secretaria da Fazenda em 1965 e 1966, foi Ministro da Fazenda entre 1967 e 1974, Embaixador na França, Ministro da Agricultura em 1979, e Ministro do Planejamento até 1985. Também foi Deputado Constituinte e Federal. Seu legado é imenso e marcante na história do Brasil.
