And also this is a thing, this is not just me teaching, but I mean you are in a firm, you're in a company and you have to help the other people or categorize the other people to see which level of AI who has and where you have to do something. Yeah, and I today took this webinar from Section AI or ProfG AI. They have different brands.
And in general, important is Greg Schoff was on the podcast and he is the CEO there. But... Most importantly, and they are known for that Scott Galloway, so Prof. G invested in this firm. It's basically his tool for AI education. And this is actually where it gets interesting because They are consulting, they are teaching on a high scale. They have a great system.
And I am just this humble guy looking at what other great people do and take the most important stuff I see there and implement it in my own stuff. So I have this great system there. They have a four-level system and they start with level one, the novice. Does not have the skills and knowledge needed to get value out of AI. This is really interesting.
It's not that they don't use AI, but they don't know how to make anything useful out of AI. Yeah, might be a lot of people in your firm that get the level one. Then you have level two, experimenter. Knows how to use AI safely, uses it frequently, but does not have meaningful work use cases.
and yeah the people use it for whatever but not in work context or let's say not in a useful work context and yeah also level one and level two is most leaders and teams are here says section and this is also my own experience but then The super employees, as they call, a section calls them, is level three.
