Whether that be in genres that ACOFAE is familiar with or in new genres with new authors, it's in the journey that fun is discovered. Such is ACOFAE's experience with Gaslamp Fantasy! A new genre with a new author- Laura Marie and Jessica Marie are riveted by the story of Adam and Ellie and their adventures through British Honduras. Set in the late 1800's Ellie is a suffragette who is educated and not afraid to speak her mind in a time when it's frowned upon to do so. After she discovers a secret map the adventure is on taking us on boats, boats, and more boats on our way to discover a lost city before the villains do. Add in a handsome and capable American surveyor who also happens to deeply care about preservation and stopping the looting and robbing of archaeological sites, and boom we have a love story too! Keeping things slightly spoiler free, ACOFAE encourages everyone to get lost with Adam and Ellie in this new adventure series that has captured ACOFAE's heart and mind. "Children?! Marriage!?
