Avinder Laroya Talks Kindness

Avinder is co-founding Partner of Serenity Law LLP and Minute Mediation, she is a commercial and workplace Mediator, and also a member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in International Arbitration (MCIArb), IMI and Mediators Beyond Borders (MBBI). She has a strong belief that everyone should have the opportunity to have their voice heard, and to have equal access to justice. As a Mediator, Avinder provides the opportunity for the parties to work with someone who is impartial and confidential, the cornerstone of Mediation. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a private practice lawyer, first for London firms and then at her own virtual law firm Serenity Law LLP, since 2010.
