Nigel's guest today is Cazwell, the groundbreaking rapper, record producer, DJ and songwriter. He’s been making music since the 90s and has never shied away from representing the queer community in his lyrics and his videos. In a genre of music where more often than not any kind of queerness has always been considered taboo, Cazwell was and always has been unapologetically brilliant at pushing back the boundaries of prejudice and making music that doesn’t just deliver the bop it also serves to represent and deliver a strong message.
