David Hoyle "Love one another because love is all"

Nigel's guest today is David Hoyle. David is a hugely talented performance artist, cabaret star, singer, actor, comedian and film director who has been performing onstage and entertaining adoring audiences for decades. In short he is something of a legend. Back in the early 90s he was The Divine David – an ‘anti drag queen’ – that saw his star shine bright and gain exposure in the mainstream. But David withdrew from the spotlight and lived recluse-like for a while. It was something he needed to do for his mental health and for his own safety. He is unique in all he does and always strives to both entertain and educate with his artistry.This series is a celebration of a beautiful queer community; people of all ages, people who have had to tread their own path to live their real truth, who have fought with their emotions and emerged victorious, who inspire, who aspire and always entertain.
