Nigel's guest today is Steven Carter-Bailey. Steven rose to fame when he was the runner-up on his season of The Great British Bake Off. Since then he has continued to be one of the most popular bakers ever to compete in the most delicious tent on TV. He is now a successful businessman and has also become celebrity cake baker to the stars creating delights for everyone from Russell Tovey through to Sir Ian McKellen.
