Healing the Psyche with Chinese Herbs: Podcast with Justin Ehrlich

10 Oct 2018

Description

Healing the Psyche with Chinese Herbs with Justin Ehrlich   On Today's Episode of A Healthy Curiosity, you'll learn about: Chinese medicine on a physical and spiritual level How herbs channel energy and open our perspective Herbs for personal cultivation Cleansing wounds and resolving trauma Which herbal strategy is right for you?    Drawn to many of the mystical practices that originated in ancient China for most of my life, Justin has been a California state licensed acupuncturist since 2002 and a student of the Jade Purity branch of Daoism since 2001. After many years of questioning the nature of reality, and using these practices to work through his own struggles, heal old wounds, and find a deeper connection to the Divine, he's personally seen just how powerful and transformative this path can be. Justin has studied a multitude of practices, including medicines, meditation, philosophy, mindfulness-based practices, and religion. He implements these practically as a coach and Chinese medicine practitioner.  Connect with Justin Ehrlich: www.justinehrlich.com   Work with Brodie: http://brodiewelch.com/level-up   Get Our Self-Care Manifesto You have the right to take care of yourself.
