Imagine if you were born and grew up in a tiny tool shed in someone's backyard and the only person you've ever known is Ma? We take a dive into the world of Jack, a 5 year-old boy who only knows Ma and Room. His world gets turned upside down when Ma informs Jack that there is a whole world outside of Room and they have to escape. The book and material are heavy, but our conversation wasn't. We are doing this. Drink: The Gin Lollipop 1 oz gin 1 oz peach liqueur 5 oz of orange juice 1 oz of seltzer water Shake and strain into an ice-filled collins glass, then add seltzer water. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry, and serve.
