Conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBS) and endometriosis can severely impact quality of life for not just months and years, but decades. Professor Stuart Brierley, Co-lead of SAHMRI's Lifelong Health Theme and leader of the Visceral Pain Research Group, has dedicated his career to understanding and treating pain.
