With Sugar & Lace, Layla was able to live her dream of being a creative in the cake industry by wanting to curate something that was unique and exquisite and rare in Bahrain. Presently Layla is a consultant and has established one of the first successful online start-ups in the Confectionery Arts industry after deciding to leave behind her cake business. For Layla, the focus is always on delivering a high-end product, through a unique business model no matter what she ventures into."
