In his final episode as host, Dr. Austin Beason introduces the new co-hosts of the Career Podcast-- new AAOS Resident Assembly chair Dr. Liana Tedesco and vice-chair Dr. Daniel Cognetti. Together they talk about some exciting initiatives coming to the Resident Assembly (RA) this year and the value of getting involved now! The RA is an advisory body to the AAOS on issues of importance to orthopaedic residents and empowers residents to embrace their roles as patient advocates and life-long learners.
