First Time Winners & Head High Sinners

It's taken 5 rounds of football but all teams are off the mark in the NRL. The Eels win over the Dragons was especially sweet for former St George Illawarra player Zac Lomax (34:10) who admitted to Andrew Moore, Luke Lewis and John Gibbs that this was the 1st match he looked for when the fixtures came out. The Dolphins had  big win over the Titans despite Ray Stone spending time in the bin as part of the NRL crackdown on head high shots. Phins lock Max Plath (1:10:53) - who picked up the 3 points in the ABC Players of the year award - told the team that they've been working on playing with 12 on the field since pre-season. The Cowboys picked up their 1st win last week and followed up in round 5. Hooker Reece Robson (2:50:16) explained the difference that win made and also admitted that he's a boyhood Manly fan!
