Raise your hand if you’ve made affirmations apart of your road to success.. Repeating to yourself: “I am a millionaire, I am a millionaire, money flows to me” - and then moments later having that voice reminding you that you’re still a poor ass in the world of millionaires 🤣Let me help you make sense of why your affirmations aren’t working. For an affirmation to be effective and start creating some magic in your life, they need to be able to enter your subconcious mind. To keep this as concise as possible, when you repeat those affirmations in your usual wakening state, they’re a thought in the conscious mind and instantly blocked by the analytical mind (that’s the one reminding you that you’re still a poor ass). You need to quieten down the gate keeper so you can access the subconscious mind. Here’s how: Make your affirmations a morning or evening practice as you’re brain waves are slower. Get yourself into a deep meditation state to slow the brain waves down even more and shut off that anaylysic mind. Now you’re in, and now you can repeat those sexy affirmations knowing they’re hitting the sweet spot inside the subconscious mind. Repeat that daily in THAT way, and once you’re subsinscous mind accepts the affirmation as truth (which is will if each affirmation is infused with a feeling of truth), oooooh baby.
