Tamara Makoni is the Founder & CEO of Kazuri Consulting. She is an inclusion & culture advisor, facilitator and speaker who helps organisations use diversity, equity and inclusion to empower diverse teams and achieve strategic objectives. Today we explore how we can be more inclusive as leaders by unpacking our pasts and confronting our unconscious biases.
