53. Mindset Mastery: Getting back in the driver’s seat of your career

Who is in the driver’s seat of your career – you, or your fear, insecurity and limiting beliefs about the world? So many of us, myself included, have been conditioned to believe things that do not support us to build the careers we truly want and show up as leaders in a way that helps us to have the impact we desire. I call these rogue beliefs – mental agents that operate quietly in the background sabotaging our lives. But we have a way out. By mastering our mindset and empowering ourselves to consciously and deliberately write new more empowering stories about ourselves and life, we can finally change the direction of our lives. We can finally take over the reins, become self-leaders and steer our lives in the direction we want to go in.
