The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the face of litigation in Ireland, quite dramatically in fact, and has really accelerated technological change and forced the courts and lawyers to change the way they operate. And while this change was a necessary response to the pandemic, it has in fact set the stage for how things might play out on a more permanent basis, and how our courts might operate into the future. To discuss the impact this has had, Sinéad Reilly, the Professional Support Lawyer in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations team is joined by Richard Willis (Partner), Jillian Conefrey (Senior Associate) and Eileen Burns (Head of Legal Tech and Innovation Services)who really have been at the front and centre of this change in the last number of months.
