I'm always looking for ways to get rid of my thick accent. Not because I think it's horrible, but, as I always say, an accent is not that cute if you can't be understood. Doing some research on the internet, I found some tips from native speakers that can improve the way we speak, letting us more fluent as second language learners, and I figure out even a way that science can explain why we speak the way we speak.
