Fordongianus è un piccolo paese nell’entroterra sardo ricostruito durante il periodo di dominazione dell’imperatore Traiano ed è situato sulla riva del fiume Tirso, nell’alto Oristanese. Sono ancora presenti sorgenti dalle quali sgorgano acque che raggiungono la temperatura di 54! Difatti le fontane termali sono state usate sino a qualche decennio fa dalle massaie del paese come lavatoi.
