Costruite in epoca barocca, contengono dediche ai 4 sovrani, alle 4 sante protettrici, alle 4 stagioni, ai 4 quartieri di Palermo e, con le 4 fontane poste a terra, ai 4 antichi fiumi che scorrevano in città. Dal centro della piazza ovunque ti giri ci sono eleganti decorazioni pronte a lasciarti a bocca aperta.
