Chair: Monica Attard Bill Browder’s company, Hermitage Capital Management, has been the largest foreign investor in Russia since 2005. This has given him a unique insight into how Russia works. His conclusion in his new book, Freezing Order, is that Russia is riddled with corruption and human rights abuses and that its exercise of influence in elections overseas is deeply troubling.
