ATTENTION DEPLETED CHILDREN explores the notion that if we don't give our kids the right attention, they will feel depleted of it and can't 'pay attention' elsewhere in life. They will 'act out' and we will make them the problem, versus asking ourselves why they might be 'acting out'... What if our children were like little bank accounts and the currency we deposit and withdraw is attention? Wouldn't we wanna make sure that we don't withdraw more than we deposit? What kind of attention do we need to deposit? Join me as I dive deep into the meaning of attention, love and most of all acceptance.
