Rob Suminsby quite literally grew up in Acadia National Park. On this episode, we hear all about Acadia and Rob shares some of his favorite spots on the island, the history of the park and insider information that only locals know. We then switch gears and go into some of his recent adventures that he’s taken in his 50s and talk all about outdoor mindset. Rob lives by the motto that your age is just a number and not a limiting factor for getting outside and taking more adventures.
