Ep. 30 The Toxicity of Achievement Culture

In Episode 30 we dive into the idea of Achievement culture and the toxicity it creates in the cycle of life. It starts from the womb and follows us to the tomb whether it's in early developmental skills like walking, talking, or school even as young as reading, and follows us to college, jobs, careers, etc. The idea is that we have to always be doing more, being more, and attaining more.
