Lisa Curry is a national Icon. Best known for her long and successful swimming career, Lisa Curry has competed in three Olympic Games, two World Championships and three Commonwealth Games.  Lisa has won four Outrigger Canoe World Championships with her team, the Riggeroos in the 72km race, and in 2005, Lisa became the first Australian to win the Hawaiian Molokai to Oahu 66km solo outrigger race. Lisa has been inducted into the Australia Hall of Fame. Lisa’s life has played out largely on the pages and screens of our media and now, having turned 60, she says it’s time for her.  In this episode, Lisa Curry brings her experience and wisdom to the subject of women’s health and creating a life that is energised and meaningful at every stage. Having launched a wellness brand Happy Healthy You in 2014 with her business partner, Author, and Women’s Hormonal Specialist, Jeff Butterworth, she is committed to providing support and education for Australian women seeking a natural alternative to treat and manage various health and hormonal issues.  Lisa is authentic, wise, candid and has truly faced some of life’s biggest challenges with so much grace. Now she wants to help women to understand the signs that their body is sending them, to prioritise their happiness and health.
