Rachel Hunter radiates a warm beauty and wisdom that is at once familiar and also supernatural. Kiwi born supermodel of the 90’s, Rachel was on the cover of four magazines by the time she was 17, sensationally married to much older super star Rod Stewart by the time she was 21 and became a mother by 22 and again at 24. She says that  Growing up in New Zealand was a blessing. As a shy, inward kid, she met her love of nature there and spent her childhood close to her mother’s side. A woman who embraced all forms of spirituality and encouraged her children to find their own soul path. At 53, Rachel Hunter has experienced a rich and varied life of glamour, love and loss. Now a yoga and meditation teacher, she has entered a new, happy and empowered chapter, all without regret and an ageless sparkle that defies a number.This episode, recorded whilst she was in her spiritual birthplace, India, felt like a conversation that spilled out of a long-lost friend.
